Safety Zone; Upper Mississippi River, Mile Marker 839.2 – 840.5

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the waters of the Upper Mississippi River from mile markers 839.2 to 840.5. The safety zone is to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by the Harriet Island Music Festival. Entry of vessels or persons into the zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Upper Mississippi River, or a designated representative.
