Safety Zone; San Joaquin River, Stockton, CA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for the navigable waters of the San Joaquin River, Stockton Deep Water Ship Channel in the vicinity of Medford Island. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel and vessels engaged in diving and marine salvage operations. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, San Francisco (COTP).
