Safety zone; Stockton Deepwater Ship Channel, Stockton, CA

The Coast Guard is establishing a safety zone for the navigable waters of the San Joaquin River, Stockton Deep Water Ship Channel in the vicinity of Stockton, CA. The safety zone is needed to protect the vessels and mariners from a downed powerline. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, San Francisco (COTP).
