Security Zone; Monongahela River Mile Markers 0-1 and 2.5-3.5, Pittsburgh, PA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone for the navigable waters of the Monongahela River from mile marker (MM) 0 to 1 and 2.5 to 3.5 from 2 p.m. through 7 p.m. on September 2, 2024. This security zone is needed to provide waterside security and protection for a dignitary visit. This rule prohibits persons and vessels from being in the security zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Pittsburgh (COTP) or a designated representative.
