Safety Zone; Lake Erie, Buffalo, NY

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters in Lake Erie within a 280-foot radius of the mouth of Bell Slip in the Buffalo Outer Harbor. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by a local fireworks display. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Eastern Great Lakes
