Security Zone; Christina River, Wilmington DE

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone for certain waters of the Christina River. The security zone is needed for the protection of dignitaries while attending events in the vicinity of the I-495 Bridge, located in Wilmington, DE. This security zone will be enforced intermittently, as needed, and will restrict vessel traffic while the security zone is being enforced. This rule will prohibit persons and vessels from entering the security zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Delaware Bay or a designated representative.
