Special Local Regulation; American River, Sacramento, CA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation for navigable waters on the American River. This special local regulation is needed to protect personnel and the marine environment from potential hazards created by the Sacramento Ironman Triathlon practice swim marine event. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector San Francisco.
