Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone within a 500-yard radius of Fishing Vessels Northfin and Outbound for navigable waters of Lake Michigan, Kalamazoo River, and Kalamazoo Lake in Saugatuck, MI. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters during a visit by the Republican Party Nomination for Vice President of the United States. This rule prohibits persons and vessels from being in the security zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Lake Michigan (COTP) or a designated representative.
