Security Zone; Darby Creek, Philadelphia, PA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone for certain waters of the Darby Creek. The security zone is needed for the protection of dignitaries under the protection of the United States Secret Service (USSS) while travelling across navigable waters in Philadelphia, PA.
