Safety Zone; Nassau Bay, Nassau Bay, TX

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters within a 500-foot radius of the fireworks display in the Nassau Bay at the end of the Nassau Bay Peninsula, at Nassau Bay Peninsula Wildlife Park in Nassau Bay, TX. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by the fireworks show. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Houston- Galveston.
