Safety Zone; Flagler Memorial, Miami Beach, FL

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary emergency safety zone for navigable waters within a 250-foot radius of position 25°47.081 N, -80°09.446 W at Flagler Memorial in Miami, FL. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with the submerged objects while salvage and recovery operations are underway following vessels collision. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port (COTP) Miami.
