Safety Zone; M/V DISCOVERY (O.N. 993947), Honolulu, HI

The Coast Guard is establishing a moving safety zone for navigable waters within a 500-yard radius of the M/V DISCOVERY (O.N. 993947). The moving safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with salvage and towing operations. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Honolulu.
