Security Zone; Monongahela River MM 0-1.5, Pittsburgh, PA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone for the navigable waters of the Monongahela River from mile marker 0 to 1.5, to provide waterside security and protection for a dignitary visit. This rule prohibits persons and vessels from being in the security zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Pittsburgh (COTP) or a designated representative.
