Safety Zone: Chelsea Day Fireworks, Boston Inner Harbor, Mystic River, Chelsea MA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the navigable waters of Boston Inner Harbor within a 300-yard radius of the fireworks barge in the vicinity of Admiral’s Hill, Mystic River, Chelsea, Massachusetts. This safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from the potential hazards created by a fireworks event taking place in a heavily trafficked harbor. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Boston, or a designated representative.
