Special Local Regulation; Hudson River, Coxsackie, NY

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation for the navigable waters of the Hudson River near Riverside Park, Coxsackie, New York to support a high-speed jet ski race. This regulation is needed to ensure the safety of spectators and mariners from risks associated with the high-speed jet ski racers during the event. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port New York or a designated representative.
