Special Local Regulation; Combate Bay, Cabo Rojo, PR

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation for navigable waters of Combate Bay in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters during a high-speed boat race event on September 21, 2025. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector San Juan.
