Security Zone; Delaware River, Philadelphia, PA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone for navigable waters within 1,000-yards north and south of a barge in the Delaware River, in Philadelphia, PA. The security zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by an explosives demonstration beginning on October 11, 2025, and ending the evening of October 12, 2025. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Delaware Bay.
