Security Zone; Harlem River, East River, and Bronx Kill, New York, NY

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone on the navigable waters of the Harlem River, East River, and Bronx Kill, New York, NY. This security zone is needed to protect the persons under the protection of the United States Secret Service (USSS). Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port New York (COTP) or a designated representative.
