Safety Zone; Columbia River, Portland, OR, Vancouver, WA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the Columbia River near Hayden Island during the Bonneville Power Administration powerline maintenance period. This safety zone is necessary to protect vessels, personnel, and the marine environment from hazards associated with helicopter operations and wire replacement. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Columbia River.
