Special Local Regulation; Ponce Harbor, Ponce, Puerto Rico

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation (SLR) for all waters of Bahia de Ponce, Ponce, PR. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Ponce, PR during the Discover the Caribbean Regatta 2025 eEvent. This regulation prohibits persons and vessels from entering the regulated area unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port San Juan or their designated representative.
