Special Local Regulation; Savannah River, Savannah, GA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation (SLR) for the navigable waters of the Savannah River from the Talmadge Bridge to Eastern Wharf. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Savannah, GA during the Savannah Lighted Boat Parade 2025 event on November 29, 2025. This regulation prohibits persons and vessels from entering the regulated area unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Savannah (COTP) or their designated representative.
