Safety Zone; Bayou Lafourche, Golden Meadow, LA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters within a 1-mile radius of approximate location 29°20’42.7” N, 90°12’49.0” W. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and emergency response personnel from potential hazards while emergency response efforts for a natural gas leak are ongoing. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Marine Safety Unit Houma.
