Safety Zone; Atlantic Ocean, Carolina Beach, NC

The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a temporary safety zone for certain navigable waters of the Atlantic Ocean near the Carolina Beach, NC waterfront. This action would protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment during an air show, consisting of civilian and military aircraft flyovers. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone would be prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector North Carolina.
