Safety Zone; Fireworks, Cumberland River, Clarksville, TN

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters on the Cumberland River between Mile Markers 124.5 to 127.5. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with discharge of fireworks in the federally navigable river channel. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Ohio Valley, or their designated representative.
