Special Local Regulations; Marine Events within the Southwest Coast Guard District Crystal Pier Outrigger Race

The Coast Guard will enforce the special local regulation on the waters of Mission Bay, San Diego, CA, during the Crystal Pier Outrigger Race on May 2, 2026, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. This special local regulation is necessary to provide for the safety of the participants, crew, sponsor vessels, and general users of the waterway. During the enforcement period, persons and vessels are prohibited from entering, transiting through, or anchoring within this regulated area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, or his designated representative.
