Special Local Regulation; Morgan City-Port Allen Alternate Route, Brusly, LA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation for navigable waters of the Morgan City-Port Allen Alternate Route from mile marker 54.5 to 55.5 in the vicinity of the Morley Bridge. The temporary regulation is needed to provide for the safety of life on these waters during a powerboat racing event. Entry of vessels or persons into the regulated area is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Patrol Commander designated by the Captain of the Port, Sector New Orleans.
