Safety Zone; Dive Operation, Ohio River, Ledbetter, KY

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters on the Ohio River from mile marker 924 to mile marker 926 near Ledbetter, KY. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with dive operations, including underwater pipeline survey activities. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Ohio Valley, or their designated representative.
