Special Local Regulation; Thunder on the River, Parker, AZ

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation (SLR) for certain navigable waters of the Colorado River in Parker, AZ from May 2, 2026, to May 3, 2026. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Parker, AZ during the Thunder on the River event beginning on May 2, 2026, and ending the evening of May 3, 2026. This regulation prohibits persons and vessels from entering the regulated area unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port San Diego or their designated representative.
