Lenders that originated 1,000 or more 7(a) loans in Fiscal Year 2024 shall be required to comply with the rule 1 year after the date of enactment, and lenders that originated fewer than 1,000 7(a) loans in Fiscal Year 2024 shall be required to comply with the rule 2 years after the date of enactment.
