6	Williams (GA)	SUBSTITUTE Revised Strikes the bill's text and inserts the text of H.R. 4150, the Advancing Maternal Health Under Medicaid Act, to provide a 90% federal matching rate for Medicaid maternal health care expenditures that exceed 2019 levels.
7	Bacon (NE)	Instructs the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to issue guidance to support coverage of prenatal and postpartum pelvic health services under Medicaid and for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to educate health professionals and postpartum women on pelvic health services.
