Definition of Secretaries

16 U.S.C. § 558b.

Subchapter: GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this Act, the term “Secretaries” means each of— ((1)) the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service; and ((2)) the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management.
