Authority to issue electronic duck stamps

Subchapter: PERMANENT ELECTRONIC DUCK STAMP

((a)) ** In general** The Secretary may authorize any State to issue electronic stamps in accordance with this subchapter. ((b)) ** Consultation** The Secretary shall implement this section in consultation with State management agencies.
