§ 4558

For purposes of — ((1)) the term “charitable organizations” means national voluntary health and welfare agencies designated by the Director of the Office of Personnel Management pursuant to Executive Order 10927, dated ; and ((2)) the term “employee” means any employee of the House of Representatives whose compensation is disbursed by the Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives.
