((a)) ** Maximum amount for Institute** There are authorized to be appropriated such sums, not to exceed $5,000,000, as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of .section 2566 of this title
((b)) ** Maximum amount for Center** There are authorized to be appropriated such sums, not to exceed $2,500,000, as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of .section 2567 of this title
((c)) ** Availability of funds** Funds appropriated pursuant to sections 2566 to 2569 of this title shall remain available until expended.
