((a)) ** Evaluation** The Attorney General shall evaluate the demonstration projects authorized by to determine their effectiveness.section 10631 of this title
((b)) ** Report** Not later than , the Attorney General shall submit a report to the Committees on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives and the Senate containing—
((1)) the findings of the evaluation required by subsection (a); and
((2)) any recommendations the Attorney General has with regard to expanding, changing, or eliminating the demonstration projects.
