The Secretary shall coordinate the program established by with the programs and activities carried out under the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 [ et seq.] and with the programs and activities of the Attorney General, to ensure that all such programs and activities are complementary and not duplicative.section 11801 of this title34 U.S.C. 11101
