§ 7142d

For purposes of sections 7142a to 7142d of this title: ((1)) ** Museum** The term “Museum” means the museum operated by the Secretary of Energy and located at 300 South Tulane Avenue in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. ((2)) ** Secretary** The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Energy or a designated representative of the Secretary.
