Funds appropriated to the Rural Development Loan Fund under title VII of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 [ et seq.] (as in effect on ), and interest accumulated in such fund, shall be deposited in the Rural Development Loan Fund established under and shall continue to be available to carry out the purposes of such fund.
