There are authorized to be appropriated for the activities of the Board—
((1)) $33,000,000 for fiscal year 2016;
((2)) $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2017;
((3)) $35,500,000 for fiscal year 2018;
((4)) $35,500,000 for fiscal year 2019; and
((5)) $36,000,000 for fiscal year 2020.
