((a)) ** 2006 2013.—** There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary— ((1)) $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26101; and ((2)) $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26102, ((b)) ** .—** Funds made available under this section shall remain available until expended.
