Of the amount authorized to be appropriated by section 301, $15,000,000 is available for the procurement of— ((1)) equipment capable of detecting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States; ((2)) equipment capable of interdicting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States; and ((3)) materials and technologies related to use of equipment described in paragraph (1) or (2).
