There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation for the activities of the Office of the Associate Administrator for Commercial Space Transportation—
((1)) $11,941,000 for fiscal year 2005;
((2)) $12,299,000 for fiscal year 2006;
((3)) $12,668,000 for fiscal year 2007;
((4)) $13,048,000 for fiscal year 2008; and
((5)) $13,440,000 for fiscal year 2009.
