Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, this resolution concerns a request for records related to an investigation of an individual who made a threat against the President in a communication sent to Senator Mark Warner's office. The U.S. Attorney's Office investigating the matter is seeking documents from Senator Warner's office for use in its investigation and in any future legal proceedings arising in this matter. The Senator would like to cooperate with this request by providing the requested documents from his office.
Mr. BARRASSO. I ask unanimous consent that the resolutions be agreed to, the preambles be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, all en bloc.
