ML-71. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Legislature
of the State of Louisiana, relative to Senate Resolution No.
93, to ensure timely and full funding aligned with the
National Defense Authorization Act in order to support the
readiness, stability, and well-being of United States
military personnel and their families.; which was referred to
the Committee on Armed Services.
ML-72. Also, a memorial of the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming, relative to House Joint Resolution HJ0002,
requesting Congress to introduce a bill and enact law to
increase the state of Wyoming's share of federal mineral
royalties from fifty percent (50%) to eighty-seven and one-
half percent (87.5%).; which was referred to the Committee on
Natural Resources.
ML-73. Also, a memorial of the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming, relative to Senate Joint Resolution SJ0009,
requesting Congress recognize the protection of Wyoming's
freedom of access to public lands, to allow responsible
development of resources, recreation, agriculture, hunting,
fishing, trapping, and conservation under multiple-use
frameworks, to protect local participation in land management
decisions, and to keep public lands available to the people

Wyoming, relative to Senate Joint Resolution SJ0001,
requesting Congress to introduce a bill and enact law to
amend the federal Mineral Leasing Act to authorize the state
of Wyoming to administer and manage mineral leasing on
federal lands located in Wyoming.; which was referred to the
Committee on Natural Resources.
ML-75. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, relative to Senate Resolution No. 189,
expressing support for the Ohio River Restoration Program Act
to advance clean water, economic development, community
stability, and expanded recreation opportunities in the
Commonwealth of Kentucky.; which was referred to the
Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

State of Utah, relative to Joint Resolution 18, urging
Congress to eliminate marriage penalties in federal law.;

recognizing the filing of the Major Richard Star Act, a bill

Affairs disability compensation without offset.; which was
