Res. 190, providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Executive Office for Immigration Review relating to “Appellate Procedures for the Board of Immigration Appeals”.
Hostilities Within or Against the Islamic Republic of Iran: By 47 yeas to 48 nays (Vote No. 174), Senate did not agree to the motion to discharge the Committee on Foreign Relations from further consideration of S.J. Res. 172, to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress, pursuant to 50 U.S.C. 1546a and in accordance with section 601(b) of the International Security Assistance and Arms Export Control Act.
