At the appropriate place in title XII, insert the
following:
SEC. . REMOVAL OF VENEZUELA FROM COUNTRIES OF CONCERN.
Section 1402(3) of the Better Utilization of Investments
Leading to Development Act of 2018 (22 U.S.C. 9601(3)) is
amended—
(1) by striking subparagraph (A); and
(2) by redesignating subparagraphs (B), (C), (D), (E), (F)
and (G) as subparagraphs (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), and (F),
respectively.
