Mr. BILIRAKIS and Ms. STEFANIK changed their vote from “yea” to “nay.”
Mr. SMITH of Washington changed his vote from “nay” to “yea.”
So the concurrent resolution was not agreed to.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
Stated against:
Ms. BOEBERT. Mr. Speaker, on Roll Call No. 232, I mistakenly voted Yea when I intended to vote Nay.
PERSONAL EXPLANATION
Mrs. HAYES. Mr. Speaker, I was unavailable to vote because of a health emergency. Had I been present, I would have voted NAY on Roll Call No. 230, NO on Roll Call No. 231, and YEA on Roll Call No. 232.
