To direct the Federal Trade Commission to conduct a study and submit to Congress a report on unfair or deceptive acts or practices that may be prevalent in the advertising or marketing of firearms and to issue regulations to prohibit unfair or deceptive acts or practices related to the advertising or marketing of firearms, and for other purposes.
Amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify the rules relating to inverted corporations.
To amend the Consumer Product Safety Act to remove the exclusion of pistols, revolvers, and other firearms from the definition of consumer product in order to permit the issuance of safety standards for such articles by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Prohibit the award of Federal Government contracts to inverted domestic corporations, and for other purposes.
To amend section 477 of the Social Security Act to improve coordination with Federal housing assistance programs for youth who have experienced foster care.
