• This Act may be cited as the Abolish the ATF Act.

SEC. 2. Abolishment of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives

• The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is hereby abolished.
