Creates a new rulemaking pathway so manufacturers can request that Medicare assign national relative value units (RVUs) under the physician fee schedule for qualifying pediatric medical technologies. RVUs must be set using the regular payment methodology and available data, requests must follow an annual rulemaking cycle with a May 1 cutoff, and the rule applies to qualifying pediatric technologies furnished on or after January 1, 2026; it does not mandate coverage or change existing Medicare coverage law.
